Personal Boundaries
-I only befriend people my age (18+)
If you are a minor please do not interact with me outside of a public setting.(aka events)

- I get overwhelmned easily so please be patient with me.

-Do not dm me without asking permission beforehand, if I say no please respect it

-Do not reach out if I have blocked you or un-added you
|
-Please be respectful when interacting with my content, do not push me to do things such as make avatars public or make you things for free

-While I value constructive criticism, if I am not asking for it please dont give me it out of nowhere. at the very least be respectful about it <3

-Please do not force a friendship or relationship onto me, I am picky with who I let into my life.

-Please respect my identity, I have every right to block you if you are rude to me for what I refer to myself as or who I love
Vrchat boundaries:
-Do not touch me without consent, I
am uncomfortable with people getting in my face and being loud or invading my personal space as it overwhelms me. you may be blocked if you violate this

-Please dont wear ANY ripped avis around me (stolen models from independant creators)

-Do not ask drama related questions, I will block you.

-No friend requests, I gotta know you beforehand (18+ friend requests)

-Ripper supporters of any kind ( including being in ripper servers being friends with rippers, or wearing ripped avatars )
Commission Boundaries
-Do not try to start a convo with me without me wanting to talk first. When I take commissions I usually expect it to ONLY be a professional interaction. We are not buddies, we are not friends, we are customer and commissioner. (I dont like parasocial behavior)

-Please dont be creepy or strange with me when commissioning me, off remarks are not appreciated even as a joke.
Oc Boundaries
-Any and all designs made of my characters do not belong to you, do not claim my characters as your own! (fanmade designs are allowed but you must credit me for the character)

-Do not sell avatars of my designs without my permission!

-Id prefer if you made fanmade avis of my ocs public ( with credit!)

-Do not make public nsfw models/art of my characters
(dont make nsfw art/models without my permission)

-shipart is ok but please be sure to check the info beforehand! (some characters are siblings and I dont support any form of incest shipping)

-Do not use my ocs as alters! it makes me WILDLY uncomfortable, its usually used as an excuse to steal my ocs so please avoid any form of using them as "alters" .

-Youre allowed to simp for my ocs but dont be creepy to ME, also please dont use my sonas.

-Do not try to sell adopts of my ocs or designs that are au versions of my ocs

-You are allowed to commission art of my characters BUT you have to ask permission when commissioning supercoop666's ( my partner) ocs (this also means commissioning me or other avi creators.

Why am I so strict with rippers and have little to no leniency?
Ive been nearly doxed, ive been stalked, ive been harrassed and dealt with ex friends talking to rippers in order to help them harrass me and send "messages back and forth". I am tired of trying to "talk things out" because theres no reasoning with rippers. Ive tried many times in the past and its done me no good at all and has only added to my trauma.
I would rather not try to be "friendly" with a community souly built on the theft of others creations because you "cant afford it" or think "it shouldnt be paid for". A lot of the people rippers prey on have disabilities that make it hard to work and they choose to actively shittalk,harrass and even demonize creators.Everytime ive trusted someone on their word that they werent a ripper, werent supporting them and werent actively talking to them, theyve let me down and went behind my back to do so. so im sorry I have no sympathy or blacklist people easily over finding them in ripper servers or with ripped avis on their profiles. I am tired of being demonized for setting boundaries and having them actively walked all over.I am not childish for choosing not to talk to you or talk things out. I am allowed to monitor my online pressence and spaces the way I want to, if you dont like that then thats your opinion. I will not be put as this horrible monster for wanting to be comfortable.And if you read my rules and carrd at all youd know how I categorize rippers/ripper supporters to make it easier to keep track of and communicate. Supporting rippers is just as bad as being one.

When I refer to "ripper" I mean it as an umbrella term of people who:
-spread files to rippers (even if they're your own)
-support ripping
-post ripped avatars
-post in ripper servers
-art in ripper servers on their main account
-join ripper servers in order to interact and encourage ripping
-making p2u or private models public
-using assets bought off of rippers even if said assets or models were made from scratchIt is different if you have an alt to check if rippers are stealing YOUR avis or your friends avis and its another to be your main OR on an alt interacting and actively encouraging, endulging in ,in any form of ripped avis or ripping behavior even if its just befriending them.

If you break my boundaries or rules then you will be blacklisted from my server, simple as that. I cannot control what people do with the info nor do I condone sending harrassment to ANYONE. Remember, it goes both ways and I understand that.I gave yall a chance to speak up for yourself but NONE OF YOU use it. Its the ban appeal, linked in both my server AND my carrd. I do check those, I do read over everything. If your appeal is enough to unban you then I will, if I still dont see any reason to unban you then oh well. You dont have to interact with me just like how I dont have to interact with you.
